RItual formulates science-backed, transparent, and traceable vitamins and supplements. The brand extends its education and transparency into their unboxing experience. While many brands rely solely on websites or FAQs to explain their products, Ritual includes this content as part of the post-purchase experience. By including an 'about the brand' booklet, Ritual makes a more memorable brand experience for new customers.

When a customer opens their first Ritual order they get a full brand introduction in addition to their vitamins. Inside each package is a simple, branded booklet that explains product quality, ingredient sourcing, and the story behind each formulation. This contains a lot of the answers first-time buyers are already curious about. By providing this information upfront, Ritual reduces uncertainty and helps customers feel confident in the product they purchased and the brand.

To emphasize sustainability as part of their mission, Ritual’s booklet features a 'Making an Impact' section highlighting their partnership with Pact Collective, certifications, and eco-friendly packaging. The booklet also showcases the brand’s wide range of supplements, explaining the benefits of each product to support people at different stages of life – from general health to pregnancy.

To make the experience even more personal, the booklet includes a quote from the founder, sharing her motivation and health journey during pregnancy.

To reinforce credibility, there’s a dedicated section for clinical advisors and study findings, complete with charts and research data demonstrating the efficacy of the products.
