Momentous makes protein and supplements using high-quality, research-backed ingredients designed by world-class engineers. They encourage their busters to sign up for their subscription program by offering 15% off each product when they subscribe. 

Customers can sign up for subscriptions on the product detail page by adding the product to cart, clicking on ‘subscribe’, and then choosing the frequency (1-3 months). Once the customer adds a product to their cart, the discount is confirmed with a green ‘you saved extra 15%’ message under each product.

On the product listing page, Momentous also offers a quick shop where a customer can sign up for a subscription and add the product to cart without ever even leaving the page.

When customers check out, there is a manage subscription button that appears right in the shopify checkout page, powered by Skio. 

In their account, customers can easily modify subscriptions by changing the delivery date, adjusting the subscription frequency, updating personal and payment information, and canceling their subscription. 

To cancel a subscription, the app makes it easy through their 'cancel' button right within the edit panel. When a customer cancels Momentous asks them for feedback so that they can learn about how to make their subscription process easier for the next subscriber.
