Warmies, a stuffed animal brand that you can microwave or freeze, turns their order tracking page into a branded post-purchase experience that educates, builds loyalty, and drives repeat purchases.

When a customer makes an order, they are sent a transactional email, with a link to their tracking information. In the email they see a receipt of their order as well as a summary of their rewards points. Users are automatically enrolled in their rewards program who buy through their DTC site. We bought from the Shop App and still were automatically enrolled in the loyalty program.

When a customer opens this landing page, they first see the essentials, including their estimated delivery date, current shipping status, tracking information, and items in their package, giving them a clear view of when their order will arrive and what's inside.

The page keeps customers engaged while they wait for their package. Customers can explore educational content about how to best use their microwaveable stuffed animations, shop personalized upsells and explore bundles. This makes the tracking experience feel more like an extension of the Warmies storefront than a transactional utility page.

The tracking landing page also highlights rewards the customer has earned, encourages sign up for the rewards program, and spotlights donation opportunities. To grow their community Warmies features their refer-a-friend program by encouraging a discount on their next order when they share their referral code with their friends and family.
